14-day returns
Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and all accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required
How to request a refund
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Share your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return approval and shipping instructions
- Send the item back as directed
Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Non-returnable items
- Opened consumables that cannot be resold
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Products returned without prior contact / approval
Warranty vs refunds
Manufacturing defects within the 1-year warranty are covered separately. Contact support for warranty claims — you may receive a replacement rather than a refund.
