Alka sells premium car accessories online in Egypt. Our contact details:

Products & pricing

  • All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise
  • Product descriptions, images, and availability are provided as accurately as possible; we may correct errors and update stock without notice
  • “Coming soon” products are not available for purchase until listed as in stock

Orders & payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy; we may accept or decline orders (for example due to stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud)
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify and the payment methods enabled on our store
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance until payment is confirmed and we begin fulfillment

Shipping

We deliver nationwide in Egypt. Estimated delivery is typically 2–5 business days after confirmation. Delays may occur due to courier or circumstances beyond our control. See our Shipping & Warranty page for details.

Warranty

Alka products include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Misuse, improper installation, or normal wear are not covered.

Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or interfere with site security or operations.

Intellectual property

Alka branding, product content, images, and store design are owned by Alka or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alka is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability related to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Disputes will be handled under Egyptian jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the store after changes means you accept the updated terms.
